Chris Blanzy from Skillsoft will talk about gaming and simulations from a perspective of corporate learning from 2008 to today. She will address what has transpired from last year to this year, and how your company might explore and move to integrate these engaging capabilities into your curriculum.
Joe Kmoch, a former high school computer science teacher and instructional technology leader, will address the use of games and simulations (G&S) in the K-16 arena. Topics will include the use of G&S to motivate learning computer science as well as use of G&S to promote learning in other subject areas to promote high order thinking skills.
